- To implement urban regeneration continually in order to promote the quality of life and urban functions.
- Promote the “Overall Housing Policy”.
- To increase benefits of the projects new town development.
- Enhancing the conservation of natural resources in national parks and maintaining the biodiversity.
- Promotion of green building.
- Promote the installation and improvement of accessible and usable building and facilities.
- Accelerate sanitary sewer system construction and enhance sewage treatment rate.
- According to the Implementation of Flood-Prone Area Flood Man agement Plan, impel storm sewer system construction.
- Continue to execute the region-based rode system construction plan.
- Promote the improvement plan on existing urban rode landscape and sidewalk environment.
