  1. By the end of 2011, our government guided urban regeneration investments into admirable performances – 36 projects with modified urban plans and 14 published in investment bulletins. On the other hand, the contracting institute, by mainly helping with the integration of privately oriented projects, also achieved some favorable results with 37 draft plans undergoing review process, of which 21 had been approved.
  2. A total of 976 of these privately oriented projects had been submitted to apply for F.A.R. (Floor Area Ratios) incentives by the end of 2011, among which 344 projects were approved, 18 passed necessary reviews, 279 were undergoing application processes, and 335 projects were under ownership integration processing.
  3. The Central Urban Regeneration Fund spent NT$43billion to build 4,480 dwelling units of suitable housing and 448 dwelling units of rental housing in Fuzhou, Banqiao Dist., New Taipei City.
  4. The Executive Yuan approved "The Action Plan for the Urban Regeneration Industry" in 2010, and the central and local governments will invest NT$18.46 billion over the next four years.
