Amended and promulgated by Order Tai-Nei-Ying-Zi No.1080810350 of the Ministry of the Interior on July 1, 2019; effective on the date of promulgation

Prohibited Activities Fines (NT$)

1. Capturing, collecting, displaying, selling, transporting, or hoarding of animals, plants, ores, and their specimens or derived products which are illegal or shall be protected under the National Park Law and other applicable laws and regulations. 1500 3000
2. Bringing hunting equipment capable of harming or poisoning wildlife into the National Park. 1500 3000
3. Setting up stalls or peddling goods outside of the designated commercial area. 1500 3000
4. Holding barbecues, campfires, and other activities outside of designated areas which could disturb the tranquility of the community. 1500 3000
5. Careless parking, honking the car horn, driving over the speed limit, and other dangerous actions that can impede safety within the Park. 1500 3000
6. Destroying objects or facilities that maintain the safety and interests of the public community. 1500 3000
7. Actions and items prohibited by other regulations. 1500 3000
8. Partaking in water recreation activities outside of publically permitted areas. 3000
9. Partaking in water recreation activities that were not previously authorized. 3000
